Return & Cancellation Policy

At Into The Wild, we strive to create a seamless experience for our customers, whether you’re purchasing a curated wildlife tour or merchandise. Our Return & Cancellation Policy is designed to provide clarity and transparency about your options in case you need to make changes or returns.

1. Merchandise Returns

  • Eligibility: Merchandise purchased from Into The Wild can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all labels intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized products, perishable goods, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
  • Return Process:
    1. To initiate a return, contact us at returns@intothewild.in within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and contact details.
    2. We will review your request within 2 business days.
    3. If approved, we will arrange a pickup for the items through our courier partner. In locations where our pickup service is unavailable, you will need to self-ship the product and provide us with a receipt for courier charge reimbursement.
    4. Once the product is received and passes our quality check, we will process your refund or exchange request.
  • Refund: Refunds are processed within 7 business days of the product passing quality verification.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

2. Tour Cancellations

  • Cancellation by Customer:
    • More than 50 days before the start of the tour: Cancellation fees of 20% of total amount as banking and administrative fees
    • Between 49 to 15 days before the tour: 50% of the booking cost will be refunded.
    • Less than 15 days before the tour: No refund will be provided due to the bespoke nature of our experiences and logistical arrangements.
  • Cancellation by Into The Wild: In cases where tours are canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), a full refund or an option to reschedule will be provided.

3. Changes to Merchandise Orders

  • Modifications to merchandise orders (e.g., size, color) can be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, changes may not be possible.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds for cancellations or returns are processed within 7 business days for prepaid orders.

5. Exceptions

  • Certain bookings, such as peak season tours or exclusive events, may have different cancellation terms. These will be communicated clearly at the time of booking.
